Bunch of No Names Out Hustle CBL to Claim Their First Win of the Season

By Jon

In a thrilling game on the opening night of the Uno League, the Bunch of No Names displayed their dominance from start to finish, securing a 83-47 victory over CBL. The game marked a dynamic beginning to the season, with the No Names showcasing their superiority and strategic skills throughout the entire match.

The No Names' victory was anchored by solid defense and cohesive teamwork. From the start of the game, the No Names established dominance, maintaining a steady lead and consistently outpacing CBL with their speed and coordinated efforts.

"Pretty early on we realized we were the faster team," said number 24 from the No Names. "So we played defense, and every time there was an opportunity to rebound, a couple of guys were leaking out, so we got a lot of early layups." This strategy proved effective as the No Names consistently outpaced CBL, leveraging their speed and defensive intensity to control the game.

The No Names' dominant performance was shown in the stat sheet, with significant stats from several players.

Sharks led the team with 19 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds. Moody added 15 points and 4 rebounds, providing key support in both offense and defense. On the other side, CBL's Ty P led his team with 14 points and 9 rebounds, while DLB contributed 10 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, and 5 steals. However, their efforts especially on defense to keep their team in the game were not enough to overcome the No Names' consistent dominance.
